By placing an order with CandyCabs for any custom built product you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. CandyCabs may change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. For each purchase, the terms and conditions posted on this website at the time the Customer places the order will apply.
Products Or Services (If Applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through this website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. It is important that the Buyer reads and fully understands the description of the goods and/or services that are being provided as part of the sale before placing an order.
Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Due to the nature of Custom orders, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is defective or upon mutual written agreement of the parties. Customers must notify CandyCabs in writing within 14 Days of delivery of any defective merchandise. The Customer shall be responsible for the safe packaging and timely return of any defective merchandise. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must be made upon the delivering carrier by the Customer. It is suggested that the Customer hold all damaged goods and retain all cartons and packing materials for inspection by the delivering carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or Order ID).
Please do not send individual components back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
* Special delivery items such as 2 man team arcade delivery or remote location deliveries
* International deliveries
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact us page.
To return your product, you should contact us on email@example.com for further information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value over £35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer a 12 month NON-TRANSFERABLE return to base warranty on cabinetry and all electronic/mechanical components.
Machines can be returned to our workshop for any warranty repairs. Return shipping costs of the machine (and insurance) is at the cost of the client.
Due to the size and weight of machines, removable components such as faulty buttons or joysticks can be detached and returned to us under warranty.
There is a no return policy on complete machines, due to them being custom built.
No return or refund for change of mind. On acceptance of your order and payment of the agreed deposit amount, we purchase the required parts (and custom artwork) for your machine from our suppliers.
No returns for wear and tear or accidental or intentional misuse.
During build/repair/upgrade process if a job is cancelled the Buyer will be invoiced for the work and materials that has been commenced/purchased.
Returns on faulty PC components only. (Data/free software on PC is not covered)
The Customer understands that it is its/his/her sole responsibility to scrutinize the design/description for the Custom Product and approve the artwork/specification for accuracy and suitability for purpose. The Customer understands that it/he/she is accepting the final artwork/specification/product description submitted to and confirmed by CandyCabs as accurate. Once an order is placed, it is assumed that the specification has been approved and accepted by the Customer and no subsequent cancellation of such order is possible. After an order is placed, no design or order changes will be accepted, and the Customer will be charged in full.
We ship Worldwide, but predominantly supply our products to the UK and Europe.
Unless stated otherwise shipping cost and risk is on the buyer (freight insurance is recommended and is client's responsibility).
Outside Mainland UK we can ship to your nearest port (you will need to organise pick up from the destination port and you are responsible for the payment of all applicable local customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs).
Within the UK, we can recommend and organise shipping companies for you.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own freight or pick up from our workshop (there will be a packaging fee of £35 for pallet, bubble wrap and wooden crate, if required).
